What is Gore-Tex?

Questions:

Will my items be shipped altogether?

A: There will be times where your items won’t be shipped together in one package because we are trying to provide the most inexpensive shipping there is for you. But, the packages will be shipped by the same shipping method as it was stated under each item (refer back to item description).

I would like to know an estimation when my package will arrive.

A. You can contact us and ask us about delivery estimation. You should include which country you are currently residing in, so we can provide you a better estimation.

What happens if my product doesn't fit the description or is not functional?

A. We would like you guys to contact us about the problem. We would also like for you guys to take a picture of the product if the item doesn’t fit the description ONLY. We will either send you a replacement or give you your money back if the item does not fit the description, your choice!

And, If the item is non-functional, contact us and we will do our best to help fix the situation.

Where can I see my tracking number?

A. You will receive an email with the confirmation of your item being shipped along with the tracking number.

Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your items have arrived, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or a refund. There has to be proof when issuing a return or wanting a refund/replacement.

There are different factors when it comes to returning:

Wrong Item: If you received the wrong item, your item must be unused and be in the same condition that you received it. Message us ASAP and we will be sure to correct the problem. Please provide proof of the wrong item.

Item does not fit the description or not functional: We would like for you to message us as soon as possible, so we can provide you the best quality service while it’s early! We always have a money-back guarantee or replacement if the item does not work upon proof.

Please inform us with any problems or concerns and we will get back to you ASAP. I know for sure I wouldn’t like it when I buy something and it doesn’t work and the sellers would reply in a two days or more. We will do our best to make sure this doesn’t happen and that you get a response less than a day! So keep an eye out for our message! 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
